Refunds for hotel bookings will be processed according to the cancellation policy applicable to the selected room rate and reservation.
Customers may request cancellation or modification of bookings by contacting eStay Hotel directly through the official website or customer support channels.
Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within the timeframe specified by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Non-refundable bookings, no-show reservations, or late cancellations may not qualify for refunds.
eStay Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking in accordance with UAE laws and hotel policies.
